This blog started because nobody gave me a manual for this season of life.
My sons are growing up. One has already left home. One is counting down. My parents are getting older. My career keeps moving. My husband and I have a good life, a full one, and we are figuring out together what it looks like as it changes shape faster than we expected.
The systems we built our life around, the routines, the rhythms, the way the house ran, are still working. They are just overdue for a redesign.
So that is what this is. One room at a time. One season at a time. Practical systems for managing a home, a family, and a life that is quietly but unmistakably shifting.
